Common Questions
What People Ask Before Enrolling
Is the $5,000 really tax deductible?
If you have a C-Corp, yes. The $5,000 annual retainer is deductible as a business consulting expense in the year paid. At a 21% corporate tax rate the net cost after deduction is approximately $3,950. Your CPA confirms the treatment. The deduction applies to retainer years (Year 2 onward) since Year 1 is free.
What happens if I never hit the deferred payment trigger?
Nothing. Codes BUILD95, FAMILY, and STRUCTURE tie the fee to $5,000/month in company revenue for 3 consecutive months. If that trigger is never met within 24 months, the entire $5,000 fee is permanently waived. You owe nothing and the relationship continues at no cost.
What is included in the books?
The three-book series covers the complete FamilyPerryman system. Form It Right covers entity structure — how C-Corps, holding companies, and trusts work together. Fund It Smart covers business credit, PAYDEX, and how to raise capital without risking personal assets. Grow It Forever covers corporate investment, DSCR real estate, and turning structure into income that compounds. All three are available individually or as a bundle on Amazon.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. FamilyPerryman provides general corporate structure education only. Will Perryman is a Wealth Architect and educator — not an attorney, CPA, financial advisor, or securities professional. Every strategy is designed to be implemented with a licensed professional in your state. FamilyPerryman teaches the architecture. Licensed professionals execute it.
Can my employer or church pay on my behalf?
Yes. Any approved sponsoring organization can pay the $5,000 annual retainer on your behalf. For groups of 5 or more the bulk rate drops to $4,000 per person. The fee is a documented business consulting or program expense for the sponsoring organization and is deductible in the year paid.
