Ownership, finally explained by a teacher.

I couldn’t teach what nobody taught me.

I’m a teacher. For years I taught what the curriculum asked of me, and I was proud to do it.

But at some point I realized there was a whole subject I had never been taught myself: how ownership works. How corporations are structured, how business credit is built, how families build something and pass it on. It wasn’t anyone’s fault. It just wasn’t part of what I learned, so it wasn’t something I could teach my students.

So I studied it. I went to the primary sources: SEC filings, IRS records, and state corporate documents. I wanted to see how ownership actually works, without the hype.

Now I teach it, the way a teacher should.
